1. Definitions
"Company" refers to Casa Enterprises, headquartered in Anand, Gujarat. "Services" refers to solar consultation, design, supply, installation, commissioning, AMC and related offerings. "User" or "Customer" refers to any person engaging with our website or services.
2. Quotations & Orders
All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final orders are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment and signed work order. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in raw material rates, GST or government policy.
3. Payment Terms
- 30% advance on order confirmation
- 50% before material dispatch / installation
- 20% on commissioning and handover
For commercial and industrial projects, milestone-based payments may apply as per the signed contract.
4. Delivery & Installation
Estimated delivery and installation timelines are communicated upfront. Delays caused by force majeure events, DISCOM approvals, weather, site readiness or client-side delays are not the responsibility of the Company.
5. Warranty
Products carry standard manufacturer warranties. Workmanship warranty for installation is provided for 12 months. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, lightning, natural disasters or accidents.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate site, electrical and property information
- Obtain necessary internal approvals (society / landlord / HOA)
- Ensure safe access to the installation site
- Make timely payments as per agreed schedule
7. Cancellation & Refund
Orders cancelled before material dispatch are subject to a 15% restocking and administrative fee. No cancellation is accepted once installation has commenced. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 21 working days.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos and imagery is the property of Casa Enterprises and protected by Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses including loss of revenue, savings or business interruption.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Anand, Gujarat.
